About Me

“There are three responses to a piece of design – yes, no, and WOW! Wow is the one to aim for.”

— Milton Glaser

Bio

Greetings!

My name is Raymond Ryan. I am a high school digital arts teacher in West Palm Beach, FL. Over the last seven years, I have developed a program that includes Digital Graphic Design, Motion Graphics Animation and Videography.

I began my career in digital arts by pursuing a formal education in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics Animation and Sound Design from schools such as the Gibbs College and Savanah College of Art and Design.

Over the last fifteen years, I have worked in a range of professions from animating for Aqua Teen Hunger Force on Cartoon Network to directing art at Revolutions and Cinebowl and Grille.

While I have always imagined myself as a creative - the opportunity to teach has transformed my passions in ways I could never imagine. I have created a robust program at Oxbridge Academy and I believe it has become the premier program for digital arts in Florida.

Expertise

As a designer, I have a passion for logo design, motion graphics animation, video editing, lighting, and interior/exterior design.

I am experienced in the full Adobe Creative Suite - specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects.
